MEDITERRANEAN STYLE LAMB BURGERS


Lamb, although already full of flavours, can withstand the addition of seasonings without losing its own taste. Lamb goes so well with a lot of herbs and is so delicious when made into Mediterranean burgers. Just add fire and it turns into a perfect meal.

We've had a spate of freaky, super blustery weather last week after having an unusually mild start to the winter. Apart from the weather being worrying and disturbing, it wreaked havoc on tv aerials and satellite dishes.

BARBECUE LEG OF LAMB WITH ROSEMARY AND GARLIC


Leg of lamb is a family favourite. We have it twice a year: for my daughter's birthday and for Easter Sunday. It can be rather pricey so it isn't something we eat all the time. When I found that leg of lamb was on offer at the supermarket, I decided to take advantage of it and have an extra this year.
